Network

At Circular Asia, we believe that a circular economy will not be possible without a network of collaborators working together towards it.

This kickstarted the Circular Asia Network (CAN500), a partnership arm of Circular Asia that provides a platform for our partners to collaborate, learn and share knowledge and put their ideas into practice.

With collaboration at the heart of CAN500, exclusive sessions and programmes catered to this developmental network will open the doors for fruitful and open discussions about the potential of the circular economy in the Asian society and how everyone can play a part in creating a prosperous and sustainable way of life for all.

By forging these connections and working together, we can build a restorative Asian economy that generates well-being and prosperity for all our people, through new methods of economic production and consumption that would maintain and regenerate our limited environmental resources.

Educate

To effectively transit to a circular economy, we need to transform the way we create products, services and systems. This is highly dependent on the way we think and the knowledge we learn, as individuals, teams and organisations.

To support learning about the circular economy and to play a role in understanding the challenging and complex systems around us, the CA Academy paves the way for a circular education, especially in areas of interdisciplinary, project-based, and participatory approaches to creating a circular economy.

Through programmes such as seminars, dialogues, exhibitions and training & development programmes, the CA Academy will equip our people with the skills, knowledge and mindset needed to build a cohesive economic system that works for the society, the economy and the environment.

Xperience

The circular economy challenges the fundamentals of how we produce, use, and consume. It challenges our understanding of how the world, the economy and society works. Insightful, meaningful and impactful engagements and experiences are key to help everyone understand the importance and impact of a circular economy and how they can play a part in contributing to its transition.

The Circular Xperience puts the transition to the circular economy at the forefront of participants. The experience trials the differences between linear and circular business models, explores circular economy strategies and provides avenues for the rethinking of traditional business models.

The Circular Xperience encompasses interactive gameplay, experiential workshops and circular events that will help everybody better understand why and how the circular economy is important for a modern and sustainable Asia.

Through the Circular Xperience, participants will attain a better understanding of circular economy strategies and business models. Thereafter, these concepts will form the context and backbone for the ideas, innovations and solutions that can be applied for a circular economy in the real world.

Utilise

Beyond learning and experiencing about the circular economy, there is a need to enable the correct use of circularity elements and concepts, so that these circularity tools can be applied to existing parts of the economy, organisation, system and process.

The circular economy is a proven model of immense benefit and positive impact for businesses, societies and the environment.

In order for an organisation to utilise the concepts effectively, it is essential to conduct the Circular Utilisation Scan, so as to allow an organisation to fully benefit from the applications and insights.

Strategise

The success of the Circular Economy model for businesses hinges on effective strategy development, formulation, review and action.

The benefits and advantages of the circular economy cannot be realised if the implementation of the circularity methods and processes are not carried out efficiently.

Focus group discussions, targeted consultation and customised strategic planning sessions are key to achieving effective strategies for circularity implementation.
